The new treaty is expected to be signed by President Trump and his Canadian and Mexican counterparts in 60 days, with Congress likely to act on it next year. Most business and lobbying groups cautioned that full support would only come after they digested the deal’s technical details.
According to this timeline Congress has to pass and ratify the new USMCA in mid-2019.
