At
ILS we have defined certain values as the starting point to develop a culture
that will lead us to achieve corporate excellence. Furthermore, we have
distinguished principles that help us define our mission as a company and as an
integral part of the group of companies that incorporate The Offshore Group.
These
principles are now our decision making base, since it is necessary to focus not
on what we want momentarily, but in the effects we would like to see in the long
run.
One
of the fundamental components that integrate these principles is Values. The
mission gives value, and makes sense of what we do and what we are at ILS. The
vision get us started by pointing the way and the goals that we need to achieve;
and the values aside from helping maintain the effort level, give us the
attributes and the characteristics that should be a part of all our actions
products and/or services.
Our
mission gives focus, objectivity, sense and depth to our everyday activities, to
our effort, our commitment, our quality, our honesty, our duties, our service,
in short to everything.
We
have defined our Mission as:
"Contribute to the competitive advantage of our Customers by
providing reliable, timely and integrated logistics services, information, and
customized solutions in transportation, distribution, storage, and customs;
always maintaining the integrity of goods and consistently delivering excellent
Customer Service".
All
the plans, programs, operations, training, actions, and decisions of all the
members of ILS must be based in this Mission to seek its compliance, therefore,
achieving our Customers complete satisfaction.
The
Values we have adopted which are non-negotiable are:
> Integrity of
goods and services
> On
time
> Customer
service
> Commited to the best
solutions
> Reliable actions
Our values obey to a need of discipline and a regulation of the quality
of our behavior, our attitude, as well as the relations and human decisions
inside the organization.
Maintaining always to contribute to our Customers’ competitiveness as the
qualifying attribute.
