I just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know what a pleasure it has been to work with yourself
and the team at ILS over the past couple of years. While many 3rd Party Logistics Providers talk about
customer service, I believe your team lives it and demonstrates it every day. You operate within a very
challenging “space”, between our global logistics organization and our business unit internal customers
in Mexico.
From the inception of our project with you in late 2008, you and your team were engaged and wanted
not only to perform the work to TE specifications, but you were constantly trying to improve our
processes and add value to the TE-ILS proposition. As you may recall, the implementation timetable
was quite short, and yet the startup came off without a hitch.
ILS has proven to be a very capable, flexible, professional supplier to TE. Whenever there are
concerns on either side of the transaction, they are always dealt with in a swift, professional and honest
manner. It is rare for such a two-way partnership to exist between supplier and customer.

ILS has been The Intec Group’s strategic supplier for US and Mexican transport services including full trailer loads (FTL), less than full trailer loads (LTL), Express and Package, and Special Equipment (flatbeds, lowboys, etc.). We also utilize ILS for cross dock services and distribution services.
I enthusiastically recommend ILS for many reasons. First, they are the most competent supplier of a broad range of services. This means we have fewer suppliers to manage and lower overall costs. For example, when we closed a facility and relocated the equipment, they took the initiative to come to the facility and train our staff in everything from the optimal method to secure a molding press to the details involving customs.
